1924 | Mr. Iwakichi Tokushima began long-line fishery, two ships in one group, at Goto, Nagasaki as Tokushima Go Out Fishing group. |
1933 | Established the joint-stock company, Tokushima fishery division.

1934 | The fishery base was moved to Fukuoka City.

1947 | Established Tokushima fishery Ltd. (capital 30 million yen), and Mr. Iwakichi Tokushima assumed the president.

1948 | Established the Osaka office. |

President Kitaro Tokushima was elected by the head of the Japan-China private fishery delegation, visited China, and revised it the Japan-China private fishery agreement.
